Notification of change of syringe format

Generally, the basic size/format of the new Optimum syringe remains very similar to that of the Ultra type it replaces. The length of diameter of the syringes are the same and they still use the same luer-lock threaded twist feature for attaching dispense tips. Therefore, the new syringes should still fit into the dispensing equipment that was running the original/current syringe types.

Exciting update and development from Nolato group company NOLATO CERBO AB in Trollhättan, Sweden. Recently, the company started installing a new production cell and two new Arburg 470H (hybrid machines) from Rafo. The machines are calibrated and are just about ready for use.

Cope Allman Jaycare develops process for printing Braille directly onto plastic containers

Cope Allman Jaycare has developed a process that allows a lay down of up to a 0.5mm thickness of UV cured ink directly onto the surface of a plastic container. In-house screen printing facilities were adapted to maintain an even and consistent print height. Although originally developed for printing Braille onto containers, the process also can be used in traditional screen printing, allowing clients the opportunity to highlight particular parts of their artwork (i.e. logos, etc.) by raising the print from the surface of the container.
