Moisture control is a central requirement for many solid-dose products, and Nolato Cerbo’s Solid family is built around the container-and-closure interface.
Cerbo Solid, Cerbo Solid W and Cerbo Solid Z use HDPE containers with threaded necks and screw-on closures. The range is designed for low moisture vapour transmission and is available with child-resistant and desiccant options. Containers are injection blow moulded in pharma-grade material, FDA registered with DMF Type III, DMF no. 18790, and fulfil USP 671 requirements for UV and water vapour permeation.
Closure options include Safe TE and Safe CR. The Safe CR version uses a push-and-turn mechanism and fulfils ISO 8317. For products that require additional moisture management, desiccant options include silica gel and molecular sieve.
Cerbo Solid W also uses a maximised neck opening to support fast filling, while the Solid and Solid Z formats extend the available size and closure combinations across the family.
